Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with shipping & receiving processes including checking, documenting, and organizing orders.
• Ability to lift, move, and stack products safely and efficiently.
• Forklift and pallet jack operation following safety guidelines.
• Basic inventory tracking or warehouse system familiarity.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and ability to follow SOPs.
• Comfort with physical tasks such as standing and lifting throughout the day.
• Effective communication and teamwork with coworkers and supervisors.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; prior warehouse experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and organize incoming shipments.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for delivery or pickup.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and labeling.
• Operate warehouse equipment and keep the area clean and safe.
• Collaborate with team members and drivers to fulfill orders on time.
• Assist with occasional customer pickups and basic product handling.
