The ideal candidate is organized, comfortable with physical work, able to manage deliveries efficiently, follows all safety procedures and Florida driving laws, and can work well with team members to meet daily delivery commitments.

Qualifications

• Valid Florida Driver’s License
• Clean driving record
• Previous delivery or truck-driving experience preferred
• Ability to safely lift, carry, load, and unload materials
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screening
• Commitment to maintaining a drug-free workplace
• Dependable attendance and punctuality

Responsibilities

• Safely load, transport, and deliver materials to customers and job sites
• Verify materials and quantities before leaving the warehouse
• Secure loads properly before transportation
• Follow delivery schedules and communicate delays when necessary
• Plan safe and efficient delivery routes
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Maintain the cleanliness and basic condition of company vehicles
• Assist with loading and unloading materials at the warehouse and job sites
• Obtain required delivery signatures and documentation
• Maintain accurate delivery and driving records
• Communicate professionally with customers, contractors, and team members
• Assist with warehouse duties when deliveries are completed or as needed
