Hartville Hardware in Hartville, OH is seeking a Non-CDL Delivery Driver to transport products from the store to customers' homes, businesses, and job sites. You will follow safety rules and deliver on time while representing Hartville Hardware.

Requirements include a valid driver's license with a clean driving record, must be at least 21, DOT medical card and drug screening, and prior delivery experience is a plus. No CDL required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required.
• DOT medical card and drug screening are required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Previous delivery experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Safely operate delivery vehicles, following traffic rules and company policies.
• Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle is in good condition.
• Secure and strap products before departure; ensure proper loading.
• Deliver orders to customers’ homes, businesses, and job sites on time.
• Assist customers with unloading and answer questions professionally.
• Verify deliveries match orders and report discrepancies or damages.
• Plan routes efficiently using GPS and navigation tools.
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance and keep the vehicle clean.
