Hajoca Corporation in Panama City, FL is seeking a Delivery Driver Non CDL to join our team. You will safely operate trucks, load and unload merchandise, verify documents, collect payments, and ensure customer satisfaction at delivery sites.

Qualified candidates will drive a vehicle over 10,000 lbs, pass the required DOT physical, and maintain professional relationships with customers and co‑workers while working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Be able to drive a vehicle over 10,000 lbs; pass a DOT physical examination before starting and every two years while employed.
• Knowledge of laws and safety regulations for driving motor vehicles and CDL/Non-CDL requirements.
• Ability to build positive relationships with customers and co‑workers; stay calm in stressful situations.
• Read, write, speak and understand English; basic math for handling payments.

Responsibilities

• Operate trucks safely and in compliance with Company rules and laws; deliveries to job sites, customer facilities, vendor facilities, and other locations as directed.
• Load and unload merchandise; secure loads; ensure equipment for unloading is available.
• Prepare shipping documents, obtain signatures, and verify order accuracy.
• Collect and secure payments for cash sales prior to releasing merchandise.
• Resolve shipping discrepancies with customers at delivery sites; provide sales leads when appropriate.
• Inspect truck and equipment; report mechanical issues; complete daily vehicle inspection report when required.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
