ETCH Transport Company in Mabelvale, AR is seeking Delivery Drivers (Full-Time & Part-Time) to deliver packages with a focus on safety and reliability. No CDL is required, and the role offers paid training and weekly pay with a base pay of $135 plus a $15 attendance/performance bonus.

You will operate a box truck, navigate routes, and provide excellent customer service while maintaining timely deliveries in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Pre-employment background check and drug screening are required.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company-provided delivery vehicle to deliver packages to designated locations.
• Ensure timely and accurate deliveries while maintaining package condition.
• Pick up, load, unload, and deliver packages safely and efficiently.
• Plan and follow efficient delivery routes while adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Verify package accuracy and document deliveries.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional demeanor.
