ETCH Transport Company in Mabelvale, AR is seeking Delivery Drivers (Full-Time & Part-Time) to deliver packages with a focus on safety and reliability. No CDL is required, and the role offers paid training and weekly pay with a base pay of $135 plus a $15 attendance/performance bonus.

ETCH Transport Company is currently seeking reliable and responsible Delivery Drivers to join our team. As a delivery driver, you’ll be an essential part of our operations, responsible for delivering packages safely and on time while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Safely operate a company-provided delivery vehicle to deliver packages to designated locations.

Ensure timely and accurate deliveries while maintaining package condition.

Pick up, load, unload, and deliver packages safely and efficiently.

Plan and follow efficient delivery routes while adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations.

Verify package accuracy and ensure proper documentation for each delivery.

Provide exceptional customer service by being polite, professional, and accommodating.

Collaborate with the dispatch team and promptly communicate delays or delivery issues.

Maintain the cleanliness of the delivery vehicle.

Report vehicle malfunctions, accidents, or traffic violations to a supervisor immediately.

Follow company policies, delivery procedures, and safety protocols.

Represent ETCH Transport Company professionally at all times.

Required Qualifications

Must be 21 years or older.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Must be able to clear a pre-employment background check and drug screening.

Prior experience with courier services is a plus.

Strong knowledge of traffic laws and safety regulations.

Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively.

Good communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.

Ability to lift packages up to 150 lbs., including bending, lifting, and maneuvering in and out of the delivery truck to the front door or access point of the delivery address.

No CDL required.
