OnPoint Delivery LLC in Sterling, VA is hiring Non-CDL Delivery Drivers. Immediate openings with paid training, a company delivery van, and handheld devices. Must be 21+, legally eligible to work in the U.S., and able to lift 50 pounds.

Prior delivery experience is not required. Job includes delivering packages door-to-door on a typical route, providing professional customer service, and following GPS-guided routes. Training is provided, and benefits include 401(k) and health insurance.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license (No CDL required)
• Able to lift and carry packages up to 50 pounds
• Willing to work weekends and outdoors in varying weather conditions

Responsibilities

• Report to Warehouse DDC4 for morning loadout
• Load packages assigned to your route
• Follow GPS-guided delivery routes
• Safely deliver packages to residential and commercial locations
• Provide professional customer service
• Safely operate the company delivery vehicle and follow traffic laws
• Use a handheld device to manage routes and package information
• Keep the delivery vehicle clean and organized
• Report delivery issues or vehicle concerns to management
• Return to the warehouse after completing your route
