OnPoint Delivery LLC in Sterling, VA is seeking a dedicated delivery driver to join our in-person operation. You will load routes, follow GPS-guided paths, and safely deliver packages to homes and businesses while providing professional customer service.

This role requires you to be 21+, hold a valid driver's license (no CDL required), be able to lift up to 50 pounds, and work weekends. We offer a flexible schedule, benefits, and a $200 sign-on bonus after 30 days.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver’s license required. No CDL required.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Reliable transportation to Warehouse DDC4.
• Available to work at least one weekend day.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to lift and carry packages up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable working outdoors in different weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Load packages assigned to your route.
• Follow GPS-guided delivery routes.
• Safely deliver packages to residential and commercial locations.
• Provide professional customer service.
• Safely operate the company delivery vehicle and follow traffic laws.
• Use a handheld device to manage routes and package information.
• Keep the delivery vehicle clean and organized.
• Report delivery issues or vehicle concerns to management.
• Return to the warehouse after completing your route.
