Genco Delivery LLC is hiring full-time and part-time Non CDL Delivery Drivers in Romeoville, IL. No CDL required. Paid training provided. Weekly payroll with a starting pay of $24.75 per hour. Benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k), PTO, and shoes through Zappos.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Must meet minimum age requirement of 21.
• Ability to lift packages up to 55 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout a full shift.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Ability to use a smartphone for route navigation and delivery confirmation.
• Reliable and punctual with a professional attitude.

Responsibilities

• Report to Romeoville warehouse each morning for route assignment and vehicle loadout.
• Safely operate a delivery vehicle on assigned routes.
• Load and unload packages with care, ensuring accuracy and proper handling.
• Deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses in a timely and professional manner.
• Communicate with dispatch and warehouse team members during shift.
• Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle.
• Follow traffic laws, safety protocols, and company procedures.
• Return to the Romeoville warehouse at end of shift and complete end-of-day procedures.
• Represent Genco Delivery LLC professionally as a courier serving your community.

Non CDL Delivery Driver Responsibilities

As a Delivery Driver Courier with Genco Delivery, you will play a real role in your community - making sure families, neighbors, and local businesses get what they need, when they need it. Daily responsibilities include the following.
