Job summary

ELM Logistics is hiring Seasonal Non CDL Delivery Drivers in Amarillo, TX to support peak season operations. As a Non CDL Delivery Driver, you will ensure timely delivery of packages, complete loads at the warehouse, and navigate routes efficiently.

Paid training is provided, and starting shifts can be part-time or full-time. This role involves outdoor work, lifting up to 50 lbs, and a commitment to safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Able to work independently and as part of a delivery team.
• No CDL required.

Responsibilities

• Report to the warehouse at 9086 Centerport Blvd each shift for morning loadout and package sorting.
• Load and unload your delivery vehicle with packages at the warehouse before heading out on route.
• Follow a GPS-navigated delivery route efficiently and safely.
• Complete all deliveries in a professional, courteous manner — representing ELM Logistics with every stop.
• Maintain a clean, organized delivery vehicle throughout your shift.
• Start and end your day at our warehouse location, returning undelivered packages and completing end-of-day check-in.
• Report any route issues, vehicle concerns, or delivery exceptions to management promptly.

Delivery Driver Requirements – Non CDL

• Ability to lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs.; comfortable with frequent bending, twisting, and stepping on and off a delivery vehicle throughout a 10-hour shift
• Comfortable driving and working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a delivery team
• No CDL required — this is a driver non CDL position open to all qualified applicants
