Job summary

ELM Logistics is seeking Non CDL Delivery Drivers for the Amarillo, TX area during the peak season. Roles are available as Full-time and Part-time Seasonal positions with paid training and a defined seasonal window from October 6, 2026 to January 9, 2027.

Starting at $22.50 per hour, drivers will report to the warehouse for morning loadout and provide timely deliveries to customers. This seasonal opportunity offers safety gear, uniforms, and a supportive team environment to help you succeed

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Report to the warehouse at 9086 Centerport Blvd each shift for morning loadout and package sorting.
• Load and unload your delivery vehicle with packages at the warehouse before heading out on route.
• Follow a GPS-navigated delivery route efficiently and safely.
• Complete all deliveries in a professional, courteous manner - representing ELM Logistics with every stop.
• Maintain a clean, organized delivery vehicle throughout your shift.
• Start and end your day at our warehouse location, returning undelivered packages and completing end-of-day check-in.
• Report any route issues, vehicle concerns, or delivery exceptions to management promptly.

Non CDL Delivery Driver – Responsibilities

As a Delivery Driver with ELM Logistics, your day-to-day will include:

Delivery Driver Requirements – Non CDL

We are looking for drivers/couriers who are reliable, physically capable, and ready to work. Requirements for this Non CDL Delivery Driver role include:

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Candidates with backgrounds in physically active or outdoor roles are strongly encouraged to apply.

• Ability to lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs.; comfortable with frequent bending, twisting, and stepping on and off a delivery vehicle throughout a 10-hour shift
• Comfortable driving and working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a delivery team
• No CDL required - this is a driver non CDL position open to all qualified applicants
