Core-Mark is hiring a Van Driver to deliver, unload, and possibly collect payment for products to customers. The role requires a valid driver's license, MVR check, and the ability to lift heavy items across shifts.

Shifts run Tuesday through Saturday with early start times; candidates should be able to meet safety and pre-employment requirements and perform auxiliary duties as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience.
• 6–12 months professional driving/delivery experience.
• 6–12 months driving experience using a box truck or equivalent.
• Valid non-commercial driver’s license.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) for past 3 years.
• Pass pre-employment drug test.
• Pass road test.
• Able to hand-lift and utilize two-wheeler, lift gate and/or other equipment to move and/or stack product cases/freight of varying size and weight.

Position Summary

A Van Driver is responsible for delivering, unloading, and may collect payment for product sold to customers and other duties as assigned.

Schedule

Tuesday - Saturday
Start time between 6 & 8am
8-10 hours a day (40 hours weekly)

Position Responsibilities

• Delivering, unloading, and may collect payment for product sold to customers.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience
• 6-12 Months professional driving/delivery experience, touch freight or related area.
• (Customized and Specialty)
• 6-12 Months driving experience using a box truck or equivalent
• Valid non-commercial driver's license
• Meet all State licensing and/or certification requirements (where applicable)
• Must be 21 years of age
• Clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) for past 3 years
• Pass pre-employment drug test
• Pass road test
• Able to hand-lift and utilize two-wheeler, lift gate and/or other equipment to move and/or stack product cases/freight of varying size and weight throughout shift; product generally ranges from approximately 60 to 90 pounds, depending on the location

Preferred qualifications

• 1+ years commercial driving experience
• Foodservice distribution industry experience
• Onboard computer and electronic log system experience (i.e. PeopleNet)
• Hand-held point of delivery scanning system experience (i.e. POD)
• Customer service-related work experience
