JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a Non-CDL Delivery Driver for a 26' box truck to move household goods for Neighbors Relocation Services. The role involves driving, loading, and unloading moving equipment while providing excellent customer service.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive a 26' cargo box truck in a safe manner.
• Load and unload household goods, ensuring proper handling and securing.
• Assist customers with the movement of items, including lifting heavy items up and down stairs or ramps.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report any maintenance issues.
• Display professional and courteous customer service at all times.

QUALIFICATIONS

• MUST have reliable, consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Pose excellent customer service at all times.
• Must have a valid driver's license with a clean record.
• Must have 2 years of experience.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Ability to lift heavy items up and down stairs and ramp.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Must have a Medical Card or get one within 7 days of employment.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

EMPLOYMENT TYPE

• Full Time or Part time Days Only.
• Monday-Saturday.
• The shift starts at 6:45 AM.

PAY BREAKDOWN

• Wages are based on your experience and qualification and start at 19.50 per hour. DOE
• With your wages, based on 40 hours, plus tips, overtime, commissions, and bonuses, it is not uncommon to make in the neighborhood of an average wage of $27/hr.
• Based on your performance, you can become a lead foreman and make commissions on moving materials sold.
• Paid Weekly.
