Job summary

Crews and Co. Logistics in Apopka, FL is hiring full-time Non CDL Delivery Drivers to deliver 200–300 packages daily using a company vehicle and paid training from day one.

We offer health and dental insurance, paid time off, education and tuition reimbursement, a uniform vest, and equal opportunity employment. Candidates must be 21+, have a valid license with a clean MVR, pass background and drug screens, and be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and a clean driving record (MVR reviewed)
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Ability to lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable using a smartphone for navigation and communication
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be available to receive work-related text communications from management

Responsibilities

• Deliver 200 to 300 packages to residential and commercial locations daily
• Follow navigated delivery routes to ensure on-time delivery
• Load and unload packages into delivery vehicle at start and end of shift
• Scan and confirm packages at each stop to maintain accurate records
• Provide professional, courteous service to customers at every door
• Get in and out of the delivery van repeatedly throughout the day
• As a courier, ensure safe and timely handling of every package in your care
