Job summary

Crews and Co. Logistics is hiring full-time Delivery Drivers and package couriers in Groveland, FL. A Non CDL Delivery Driver role offers paid training, a company vehicle, and comprehensive benefits to support on-time delivery across daily routes.

Employees deliver 200–300 packages daily, load/unload cargo, and maintain accurate records while providing courteous service. The job requires lifting up to 50 lbs, a valid license, and the ability to pass checks.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and clean driving record (MVR will be reviewed).
• Ability to lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable using a smartphone for navigation and communication.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 200 to 300 packages to residential and commercial locations each day.
• Follow your navigated delivery route to ensure on-time package delivery.
• Load and unload packages into your delivery vehicle at the start and end of each shift.
• Scan and confirm packages at each stop to maintain accurate delivery records.
• Provide professional, courteous service to customers at every door.
• Get in and out of the delivery van repeatedly throughout the day - this is an active, physical role.
• Lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Assist fellow drivers with route support calls when needed.
• As a courier, you are responsible for the safe and timely handling of every package in your care.
