Job summary

Imperial Dade has a Non-CDL Delivery Driver role available in Wailuku. You will manage a daily route, unloading products using hand, pallet jack, and dolly, and deliver merchandise to customer locations with a focus on exceptional service.

The position runs Monday to Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm or until finished, requiring a good driving record and ability to lift 50+ pounds. DOT/Non-DOT exams are required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of route delivery experience.
• DOT medical exam and Non-DOT drug exam required.
• Unload deliveries using hand, pallet jack, and dolly.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to customer-designated location on a daily route.
• Safely operate a 24’ box truck with air brakes up to 25,999 GVW.

The Non-CDL Delivery Driver will be responsible for a route of stops daily. The deliveries require unloading the product via hand, pallet jack, and dolly and delivering the merchandise to the customer-designated location. The essential aspects of this position are delivering products and providing exceptional customer service.

The schedule for this position is Monday to Friday from 7:00am to 3:30 pm or until finished.

You will:

• Safely operate a 24’ box truck with air brakes up to25,999 GVW
• Load and unload cargo via hand, manual pallet jack, and lift gate
• Properly track and document the activity log
• Report any issues or incidents to dispatch
• Inspect the truck before and after the trip
• Communicate with customers with an outgoing attitude

You have:

• A good driving record
• 1 year of route delivery experience
• 1 year of manual pallet jack and hand truck experience
• Lift gate experience
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds comfortably and unassisted
• Must be able to pass a DOT medical exam and a Non-DOT drug exam.
