Job description

We're looking for a reliable driver to transport our containers to locations across the Tri-State area. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys driving, takes pride in doing the job right, and has genuinely good customer service instincts — many people don't think of driving as a customer-service role, but here it is. As of 2026 our drivers work paperless, handling data entry from a tablet in the truck.

We look for drivers who treat every stop like it matters: keeping the truck and gear in good shape, communicating with Dispatch, and taking care of the customer at the door.

Responsibilities

• Drive safely and follow all traffic laws and regulations
• Plan routes and navigate to destinations using GPS or maps
• Communicate with Dispatch and other team members about work orders
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance

Requirements & Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (CDL not required)
• Proven experience as a driver — route driving or delivery experience preferred
• Comfortable operating a commercial-style delivery vehicle
• Strong physical stamina; heavy lifting may be required
• Good time management to keep deliveries on schedule
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
• Comfortable with basic tablet/data entry — our routes are paperless
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Willing to submit to a drug and alcohol test
• Able to commute to Batavia, OH 45103

Pay & Schedule

$18.00 – $25.00 per hour. Full-time.

Benefits include 401(k) matching, dental insurance, flexible schedule, health insurance, paid time off, paid training, and vision insurance.
