Job summary

Choice Party Linens, Inc. is seeking a Delivery Driver to pick up and drop off linens using company vehicles. You will ensure accurate deliveries, provide excellent customer service, and maintain safety and timeliness in all tasks.

Responsibilities include completing daily trip sheets, coordinating with dispatch, and supporting warehouse duties as needed. Starting pay is $17–$18 per hour with overtime and bonuses; benefits include vacation, holidays, 401k, and more.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (CDL not required).
• Non-CDL DOT Medical Card required for larger vehicles (preferred).
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Reliable, organized, detail-oriented, and able to adapt to seasonal changes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and pickup linens in company-owned vehicles; operate safely at all times.
• Follow procedures to accurately deliver, pickup, count, record, and return items in a timely and safe manner.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients.
• Complete daily trip sheets and coordinate with Dispatch Supervisor.
• Occasional warehouse duties during peak periods and willingness to multitask.
• Other duties as assigned.

First year drivers earn over $40-45k in hourly wages, overtime, and bonuses! Starting hourly rate is $17.00 (no DOT), $18.00 (with DOT).

Responsibilities

• Deliver and pickup Linens in company-owned vehicles, (Ford Transit High Roof Van, Ford Cutaway E-250) Equipped with GPS system, Fuel Card, EZ-Pass and Cameras
• Operate safely at all times
• Follow procedures to accurately deliver, pickup, count, record and return all items from customer locations is a safe and timely manner
• Provide excellent customer service, answering questions, and communicate appropriately with clients
• Complete daily trip sheets, record and communicate with Dispatch Supervisor
• Our Delivery Drivers are frequently required to work overtime as our customer needs change in peak season
• Willingness to perform a variety of duties within the warehouse as needed (May include quality assurance checks, shipping and receiving help and load & offload vehicles, etc.)
• Other responsibilties as needed.

Position Requirements

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old
• Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record (CDL not required) - License for a minimum 1 year at time of application
• Non-CDL DOT Medical Cards required only for larger vehicles
• Good customer service, communication and handwriting skills
• Reliable, organized, detailed and focused
• Must be okay with change due to the seasonality of the business (ex. willing to work inside on occasion)
• Availability to work daily open-ended schedule within reason, Monday - Saturday
• Ability to Multitask and Manage Time Well
• Ability to Lift and move up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to use GPS and Smart Phone
• Previous driving experience is preferred
• DOT Medical Card is a plus
• Job references required.
