Johnson Brothers Liquor Company in Elizabeth City, NC is seeking a Delivery Driver to make local deliveries to retail customers, grocery stores and restaurants in the surrounding area. A commercial driver’s license (CDL) is not required.

The schedule is Monday through Friday, starting at 5:00 am until completion or as business needs dictate. This labor-intensive role emphasizes outstanding customer service, safety, and efficient deliveries.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 21 years old and pass criminal background check for ABC permit.
• Active driver’s license in your state with a clean 3-year MVR.
• Ability to lift 40–60 pounds repeatedly; ability to operate and maintain delivery equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service on deliveries.
• Review orders for accurate delivery of products.
• Merchandise to rotate products and ensure proper labeling dates.
• Resolve delivery issues with Sales Representative or office staff.
• Check pricing accuracy and perform daily truck inspections and cleanings.
