Job summary

Schaedler Yesco Distribution is seeking a warehouse associate with driving duties for its Allentown, PA location. The role involves pulling, packing, stocking, and preparing orders, plus occasional box truck deliveries and backup support for related departments.

You will work Monday–Friday with early start times, in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures and equipment operation. The job requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and forklift/warehouse equipment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
• One year of experience driving a 24ft- 26ft box truck for delivery required.
• Ability to operate forklifts, overhead cranes, and similar equipment.

• Help Will Call customers
• Unload, receive, and put away stock when needed
• Prepare orders to ship via 3rd party
• Load trucks
• Ensure inventory accuracy
• Back-up driver for morning and afternoon run

Summary/ Objective

This role is responsible for performing a variety of tasks in support of warehousing functions including; delivering, storing, processing, and loading of warehouse inventory as well as being a backup box truck delivery driver.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 5 AM- until deliveries are completed.

Work Environment

This job most operates within the warehouse setting. Varying temperatures and moving equipment are presented in the warehouse. The noise level in the work environment can be loud.

• Ability to use a keyboard and type proficiently
