Job summary

Transdev is seeking a Non-CDL Driver to join our Milwaukee, WI team as a Bus Driver, delivering safe and reliable transportation with a focus on customer service. You will operate on established routes, assist passengers, perform vehicle checks, and adhere to all safety and regulatory protocols.

The role requires flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and some overnight shifts. Compensation starts at $23.90 per hour under the Union CBA, with comprehensive benefits including PTO,

Qualifications

• 21 years or older.
• Minimum 3 years of driving experience (personal or professional).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Availability to work day, evening, weekend and overnight shifts as assigned.
• Subject to a DOT drug testing and physical if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Safety-focused operations: follow routes, schedules, and safety protocols.
• Passenger care: assist riders, ensure smooth boarding and disembarkation.
• Vehicle vigilance: perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, report issues, keep vehicle clean and safe.
• Adherence to protocols: enforce safety policies and regulatory requirements.
• Other duties as required.
