Job summary

Transdev is hiring a Non-CDL Bus Driver in Minneapolis, MN. You will ensure safe and comfortable transportation for passengers, following routes, schedules, and safety protocols while delivering excellent customer service.

We offer paid training, medical/dental/vision, a 401(k) with company contributions, paid vacation and PTO, and GPS guidance in all vehicles. This is full-time year-round work under a union pay scale.

Qualifications

• 21 years or older
• Minimum 3 years of driving experience (personal or professional)
• Excellent communication & customer service skills
• Availability to work day, evening, weekend and overnight shifts as assigned
• Subject to a DOT drug testing and physical per regulations

Responsibilities

• Safety-focused operations: follow routes and schedules with safety protocols.
• Passenger care: assist passengers and ensure smooth boarding and disembarkation.
• Vehicle vigilance: perform pre- and post-trip inspections and report maintenance issues.
• Adherence to protocols: enforce seat belts and comply with regulations.
• Other duties as required
