Job summary

Victory Brewing is seeking a dependable Box Truck Driver (Non CDL) to support our Parkesburg distribution operations. You will drive a Non CDL box truck on defined routes, perform deliveries, and help with loading/unloading as needed.

The role requires a clean driving record, basic math, and the ability to read BOLs. Prior forklift experience is a plus, and safety is paramount in our fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to drive a Non CDL box truck.
• Certified Forklift Operator is a plus.
• Ability to pass DOT physical.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• Ability to read a bill of lading (BOL).
• Ability to operate powered industrial equipment, e.g., forklift, pallet jacks, scrubber/sweeper.
• Good communication skills both oral and written.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• A strong work ethic and the ability to multi-task.
• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Trucking or warehouse experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate and drive a Non CDL box truck on a scheduled route to deliver products and materials.
• Fulfill orders by picking products and delivering to customers.
• Safely operate forklift or other powered industrial equipment as needed.
• Perform vehicle and equipment inspections before and after trips as required by law.
• Carry out tasks assigned by Warehouse Manager.
