Job summary

Victory Brewing Company in Parkesburg, PA is seeking a CDL-A Driver/Distribution Associate to join our supply chain team. This role supports order fulfillment, transport of products, and materials to internal/external customers.

You will operate delivery vehicles safely, inspect equipment, maintain logs, and assist the Fulfillment Team with loading and unloading. A valid CDL-A, medical card, and ability to lift up to 60 pounds are required.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid CDL Class A license and a current medical card.
• Experience operating forklifts and loading equipment is preferred.
• Proficient with ELD devices, GPS, and related logistics tech.
• Must be physically able to lift 60 lb and move 165 lb.
• Able to work early morning and day shifts, including overtime/weekends.
• Demonstrates safe driving, vehicle inspections, and log accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Operate delivery vehicle to efficiently deliver finished products and materials.
• Secure contents inside the truck to prevent damage.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections of the vehicle.
• Maintain accurate driving logs and related paperwork (BOLs, manifests).
• Safely operate forklift and other equipment to move goods.
• Support Fulfillment Team by picking orders and loading trucks.
• Unload inbound shipments as needed and assist with warehouse organization.
