Daniels Health is seeking a dependable driver to support healthcare routes in Sturtevant, WI, operating 26' box trucks. You will collect and transport medical waste and sharps containers while delivering friendly, professional service to hospitals and clinics along your local route.

This full-time daytime role offers 40 hours weekly, Monday through Friday, with a 5AM to 3PM shift. Pay ranges by license type, with a $3K sign-on bonus and benefits from day one.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and DOT medical card.
• Experience operating vehicles up to 26’ box trucks.
• Familiarity with DOT compliance, logging hours, and roadside inspections.
• Confidence completing Level 1–3 DOT road checks.

What will your job involve?

Driving & Route Responsibilities

• Safely collect, transport, and store medical waste and sharps containers
• Operate company vehicles up to 26’ box trucks
• Manage assigned local routes and deliver timely, reliable service
• Complete deliveries according to schedule and communicate route changes or issues
• Conduct pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections
• Maintain DOT compliance including logs and roadside inspections

Physical & Customer‑Facing Work

• Load and unload containers throughout the day (heavy lifting required)
• Organize and prioritize your truck based on route needs
• Build positive relationships with healthcare customers through professional, friendly service
