Gordon Food Service is hiring a Box Truck Driver to service local customers from 225 Solar Dr, Imperial, PA. The role involves delivering food products to restaurants, schools, and hospitals, building customer relationships, and unloading up to 100 lbs as needed.

Schedule is Monday–Friday with 3–5 AM start times, and you will be home every day. Requirements include a CDL, minimum 1 year driving and 1 year customer service experience, ability to lift heavy loads, and passing a drug test and

• One year of customer service or related field experience.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Commercial driver's license (CDL) required.
• Clean driving record; DOT standards apply.
• Must pass pre-employment drug test and background check.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver food products to local customers and build relationships.
• Unload cases up to 100 lbs throughout shift while on route.
• Work Monday–Friday with early start times and finish the route daily.
• Ensure paperwork, labels, and route information are accurate and up to date.

Box Truck Driver

Location: 225 Solar Dr, Imperial, PA

Are you interested in a driving position but don't know where to start? Picture yourself as a van delivery driver with Gordon Food Service! In this position, you will be building relationships with customers while delivering food products essential to restaurants, schools, hospitals, universities, and more. You’ll be traveling locally and home every day, and you’ll be required to unload cases up to 100 lbs throughout your shift. Schedule: Monday-Friday. Start time 3 AM-5 AM until route finish

Pay: $21/hr

Does this look like you?

• At least 21 years of age
• Commercial drivers license
• One year of previous driving experience and one year experience in customer service or related field.
• Ability to operate a two-wheel cart with loads of up to 350 pounds
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English (to read labels, pick lists, scanners, signage, company website information related to benefits, updates, complete paperwork and follow verbal instructions)
• Successfully pass a drug test that will assess drug usage (including marijuana) and a background check
• Clean driving record; as required by DOT and Gordon Food Service standards
