Job summary

Glazer’s Beer & Beverage in Texas is seeking a skilled Non CDL Driver to join our team. You will deliver products to licensed retailers and between company locations, ensuring timely deliveries, proper check-in, and secure storage of merchandise.

This safety-sensitive role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of driver experience, a valid state license, and the ability to lift 40–50 lbs. You must follow DOT regulations and participate in safety training.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalency, or an equivalent education/experience
• One year of driver experience
• Must be 21+ years old for commercial motor vehicle
• Valid State Driver’s License
• Able to lift 40–50 lbs for extended periods

Responsibilities

• Always drive equipment in a professional and safe manner
• Deliver products as invoiced to licensed retailers
• Check-in invoiced orders with customers in a friendly, courteous manner
• Collect and return all payments as required
• Account for all invoices of merchandise delivered and merchandise returned
• Complete appropriate paperwork throughout the delivery process
• Ensure truck check-in procedures are followed daily
• Ensure truck service and safety issues are reported daily
• Maintain an accurate DOT logbook, if required
• Must always follow DOT Regulations
• Attend monthly safety meetings
• Attend required safety courses and other classes as needed
• Report any local, state, or federal moving violations to management
• Perform other job‑related duties as assigned
