Qualifications

• Authorization to work in the US.
• At least 5 years of experience with families with young children.
• Strong demeanor, reliability, punctuality and high emotional intelligence.
• Comfortable partnering with a parent at home and flexible schedule.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Exceptional childcare references available on request.
• Education or knowledge of ages and stages of child growth.

Responsibilities

• Provide nurturing, age-appropriate infant care and engagement.
• Handle light housekeeping related to child care (laundry, meals).
• Maintain organized common areas and clean home environment.
