Qualifications

• Authorization to work in the US.
• At least 3–5 years experience with families with young children.
• Experience with infants and toddlers.
• Comfortable partnering with Mom at home.
• Fluency in English; bilingual candidates encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Provide nurturing care and interact with the baby in an engaging, age-appropriate way.
• Light child-related housekeeping (laundry, meal prep, etc.).
• Maintain clean and organized common areas.
• Organize playdates, classes, and neighborhood walks.
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with parents.
