Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or a Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience in engineering, science, business, or related fields.
• Proficient in coordinating complex technical, research, or multi-institutional programs.
• Experience managing integrated schedules, risk registers, and milestone-tracking systems.
• Experience tracking risks, decisions, reports, action items, and dependencies.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and maintaining traceable program records.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the integrated program schedule for the PCL Node and track milestones, risks, and dependencies.
• Prepare NSF reporting inputs and manage handoffs between Node development and operations teams.
• Maintain accurate program records and monitor performance measures across the collaboration.
