Covetus is seeking a highly skilled Node.js Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs that power our digital solutions. You will collaborate with frontend, architects, product managers, and DevOps to deliver high-quality software.

The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of Node.js experience, strong JavaScript/TypeScript skills, and hands-on knowledge of RESTful APIs, databases, cloud platforms, and containerization with Docker/Kubernetes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of Node.js development experience building scalable backend services.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and/or TypeScript.
• Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Solid understanding of databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with version control systems like Git.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
