Backend Developer

Location: Boca Raton, FL | Salary: $170,000.00 – $235,000.00

Responsibilities and Qualifications

• Must have 8+ years of experience with strong hands‑on knowledge on the highlighted skills
• Hands‑on experience with backend frameworks such as Fastify or Express
• Proven ability in designing, developing, and maintaining microservices architectures
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines specifically using GitHub Actions and Workflows
• Solid experience with serverless architectures and cloud platforms like AWS Lambda, Azure Functions
• In‑depth understanding of REST API design principles and best practices
• Strong grasp of backend security best practices, including authentication, authorization, and data protection
• Knowledge of observability, telemetry, and performance monitoring tools (e.g., OpenTelemetry, Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana)
• Experience in building and scaling platform‑level systems — including API gateways, rate limiting, and service orchestration

Bonus Skills
