Job summary

Micron Technology is seeking a High Volume Manufacturing (HVM) Node Development Product Engineer to lead new DRAM node startup, qualification, yield ramp, and production readiness at the ID1 fab in Idaho. You will guide cross-functional teams across Design, TD, Quality, and Manufacturing, analyze yield data, and drive improvements to product performance and process integration.

You will apply deep technical insight to solve complex problems, transfer technology at scale, and contribute to cost

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering.
Familiarity with DRAM architecture, testing, and process integration.
Understanding CMOS fundamentals and performance.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead new node startup, qualification, yield ramp, and production readiness.
Guide development teams on process integration using deep technical insight.
Analyze yield data and electrical failures to drive measurable improvements.
Partner with Design, TD, Quality, and Test teams to resolve yield and performance issues.
Use statistical tools and lab analysis to identify root causes and optimize processes.
