NOCTURNIST UNC HEALTH Wayne, Goldsboro, NC

UNC Health Wayne is seeking BC/BE Nocturnists to join its expanding Hospital Medicine program in Goldsboro, NC. This role involves providing high-quality, team-based inpatient care.

Goldsboro is located one hour east of Raleigh, the state capital, and 90 minutes from the NC coast. The area offers good weather, a welcoming community, a lively downtown, and a low cost of living. It is a mid-sized town with easy access to urban amenities and is part of UNC Health, one of the top-rated healthcare systems in the country.

Schedule: Full-time, 7 pm - 7 am (7 on, 7 off)

The Hospital:

• UNC Wayne is a modern facility with 316 acute care beds
• Over 120 years of service
• 38 Emergency beds, 4 Trauma beds, 4 Behavioral Health beds
• 15-bed ICU (currently closed)
• 8-bed Labor and Delivery Unit
• 26-bed Nursery
• 22-bed Behavioral Health Unit
