Job description

We are looking for a dynamic and quality focused Nocturnist to join our growing team of Hospitalists at our highly rated hospital in Tavares, FL!

The Hospitalist team consists of (16) day physicians, (2) swing (4) nocturnists, and (2) Day APP s . Our hospitalists work in teams rotating a 7 on 7 off schedule. Our shifts run from (7a-7p) and (7p-7a) - 182 shifts per year.

Collectively, the AdventHealth Medical Group Hospitalists cover 5 hospitals in Volusia and Lake counties, allowing opportunities for collegial cross-coverage and additional shift pick-ups with generous compensation at campuses other than the primary campus.

Requirements:

• Board Certification / Eligibility through ABIM; AOBIM; ABFM; AOBFP
• Active FL medical license (or ability to secure active, unrestricted licensure)
• DEA License required or ability to obtain
• Must respond to rapid response codes
• Team player with patient-first mindset
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to collaborate closely with consultants and support staff
