Seeking Nocturnists for Top Hospitals in St. Petersburg, Florida

Join a prestigious, physician-led organization dedicated to excellence in inpatient, post-acute, and transitional care for the vibrant community of St. Petersburg, Florida.

Opportunity

1. Be part of a collaborative team of nearly 55 providers, emphasizing culture, hard work, and recognition.

2. Enjoy flexible scheduling options, including possible blocked schedules with additional flex shifts per month.

3. Manageable patient census within various hospital or service lines, supported by a strong team of clinical and APP professionals.

4. Require Board Certification in Internal Medicine; nocturnist experience preferred or available to start this year.

5. Active Florida medical licensure preferred (or in application).

6. Full-time, employed W2 contracts offering a competitive base salary, lucrative bonuses based on profit-sharing and productivity, and full benefits. Most providers earn over $300K.

7. This is not a locum position and does not qualify for visa sponsorship.
