Charlotte Area Not-for-Profit Hospital - Nocturnist Opportunity

A top hospital in the Charlotte region, recognized among the best in the state, is seeking a Nocturnist to join its growing department.

Position Highlights

1. 7on/7off schedule with a mix of 8-hour and 12-hour shifts, promoting work-life balance.
2. Established team of 35 Hospitalists, Nocturnists, and APPs.
3. Night shifts covered by 2 teams of 6 nocturnists.
4. No procedures or inpatient ultrasound coverage required; 24/7 intensivist support available.
5. Competitive base salary plus quality incentive bonus, commencement bonus, relocation assistance, and additional shift pay.
6. Benefits include PTO, CME, malpractice insurance, comprehensive health plans, and retirement with employer match.
7. Note: J1 or H1-B visa sponsorship is not available.
