Job summary

University of Maryland Medical System is seeking an experienced overnight hospitalist clinician to manage patients on the hospitalist service. You will collaborate with the nursing staff, overnight nocturnist physician, and other providers to ensure continuous patient care.

You will attend rapid responses and Code Blue/Green events, documenting interventions in the medical record and communicating promptly with the overnight and day teams.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Acute Care Nurse Practitioner Program or Physician Assistant Program.
• Active Acute Care Nurse Practitioner Certification.
• Active Maryland ACNP/AGACNP/PA License.
• Active, unrestricted CDS and DEA license.
• Current BLS certification.
• Current ACLS certification (preferred).
