Job summary

Sound Physicians seeks an Advanced Practice Nocturnist Hospitalist to join Ascension Via Christi Hospital in Manhattan, KS. The role features a 12-hour nocturnist schedule with 7 days on, 7 days off and open ICU with tele-intensivist backup.

You'll work with a close-knit team of 4 physicians and 4 APPs, admit 5–6 patients daily, handle cross-coverage calls, and use Dragon/Magnetech for dictation and care coordination.

Qualifications

• Board-certified NP.
• Hospitalist experience preferred.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• See a wide variety of diseases with specialists available in a small community hospital.
• Coordinate with tele-intensivist; be supported by specialists for procedures and codes.
• Manage patients from admission to discharge.
