Job summary

Mass General Brigham is seeking an Experienced (two years) Part-Time (0.5 FTE) Board Certified or Board Eligible Nocturnist Hospitalist Physician to join our thriving team at Cooley Dickinson Hospital in Northampton, Massachusetts.

The role involves providing overnight inpatient care, collaborating with daytime teams, triaging and admitting from the ED, and participating in hospital protocols to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care during overnight hours.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible hospitalist with nocturnist experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide overnight inpatient care for adult patients.
• Collaborate with daytime hospitalist teams for seamless transitions.
• Triage and admit patients from the Emergency Department.
• Work closely with a team of physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, and subspecialists to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and hospital protocols.
• Join our team and make a meaningful impact on quality care during the critical overnight hours!
• This is a part-time role that is comprised of six (6) shifts per month, 7:00pm - 7:00am
• Participate in a collaborative environment that fosters teamwork and a high standard of care.
