Sutter West Bay Medical Group (SWBMG) invites you to join a world-renowned transplant-focused hospitalist team. You will manage a diverse panel spanning transplant, hepatology, gastroenterology, cardiology, nephrology and general internal medicine, delivering integrated care with perioperative and end-organ disease expertise.

Working with top subspecialists, you’ll help balance care quality and patient outcomes while enjoying a collaborative, innovative clinical environment in San Francisco.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine.
• CA medical license active and unrestricted.
• Experience in tertiary care medicine is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse panel of transplant, hepatology, gastroenterology, cardiology, nephrology and general internal medicine patients.
• Oversee care for medically complex patients with collaboration from consult services, radiology and pharmacy.
• Provide care within a hospitalist framework including perioperative medicine and end-organ disease management.
