Qualifications

• Board-certified or eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Active Texas medical license or eligible to obtain one.
• Strong inpatient clinical skills and ability to manage acute/chronic conditions.
• Excellent communication and teamwork in a hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient care as a nocturnist for admitted patients.
• Manage up to 6–10 admissions per night with focused care.
• Collaborate with rapid response team and specialists as needed.
• Maintain high-quality patient care and satisfaction.
