You will join a seasoned team delivering inpatient care with a predictable 7-on/7-off schedule and a 16–18 patient census, supervised by physicians, using modern EHR systems. You must hold a Texas license, be board-certified ACNP or PA, and provide high‑quality, patient‑centered care in a collaborative hospitalist setting.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral Degree from an accredited NP/PA program.
• Board certification as ACNP or PA.
• Active or eligible Texas license.
• Inpatient medicine assessment, diagnosis, and management under physician supervision.
• Excellent communication with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
• Ability to work on a 7-on/7-off schedule in a hospitalist setting.
• DEA registration or eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Manage admissions, daily rounds, and discharges for a 16–18 patient census.
• Collaborate with Hospitalist physicians and multidisciplinary teams.
• Provide high-quality inpatient care in a fast-paced hospital setting.
