Elliot Health System in Manchester, NH, is seeking an Intermediate Care Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner to join our Critical Care Service line for the in-house overnight team. The IMC unit is a 12-bed closed unit operating 24/7, with a triad of two APs and one board-certified intensivist from 1700 to 0700, and a minimum of 2 years’ Acute Care experience is preferred.

• Minimum experience: 2+ years in an Acute Care setting.

Mansioni

• Primary management of patients admitted to the IMC.
• Participate in admissions and transfers to the service and consultative evaluation of patients.
• Documentation in the electronic medical record (Epic) and QA/QI activities as directed.
