Responsibilities

• Performs clinical assessment, intervention and evaluation within scope of practice.
• Consults and collaborates with physicians and other health care providers.
• Documents services according to policies, including medical records and billing.
• Performs procedures and treatments as necessary per protocols.
• Recommends and orders treatment procedures as needed by the patient.
• Promotes patient wellness by providing education.
• Maintains compliance with Health System, OSHA and HIPAA policies.
• Participates in quality initiatives and safety functions.
