Hospitalist Responsibilities
  • Provides and manages the care of acutely ill hospitalized patients alongside an excellent ancillary staff with a Rapid Response Team.
  • Works in a collegial and professional environment in a 7‑day block schedule.
  • Provides full or partial services to private attending physicians who elect to utilize the Hospitalist Services.
  • Attends monthly Hospitalist meetings.
  • Involved in quality and patient experience committees.
  • Works in a team environment.
  • Provides high‑quality care.
  • Manages an average patient caseload of 15‑17 patients.
  • Able to adapt and be flexible to new CMS regulations.
Hospitalist Qualifications
  • Doctorate degree in Medicine or Osteopathic Medicine.
  • ACLS/BLS certified.
  • Trained in Family Practice or Internal Medicine.
  • Board certified or eligible in Internal Medicine/Family Practice.
Salary Range

USD $265,000.00 – USD $330,000.00 per year.

This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience. The salary range does not include bonuses/incentives, differential pay, or other forms of compensation that may be applicable to this position, and does not include the value of benefits.
