As our Nocturnist Provider, you will join a physician-centric organization dedicated to delivering top-quality, accessible inpatient care within the community. You will have the opportunity to focus on patient well-being, supported by comprehensive resources designed to streamline administrative tasks and enhance your practice within a hospital setting.
In your practice, you will engage in a flexible work schedule, typically involving dedicated inpatient shifts (e.g., 7-on/7-off or similar models). You will provide comprehensive medical care to hospitalized patients, including admissions, daily rounds, diagnostic workups, and discharge planning. This role demands strong clinical acumen for managing a diverse range of acute medical conditions and close collaboration with specialists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient transitions and optimal outcomes.
To be successful in this role, you will be a board-certified or board-eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician committed to upholding the highest standards of medical ethics and customary practice. You will possess exceptional clinical skills in inpatient medicine and a passion for providing compassionate, high-value care to acutely ill patients.
We are offering a competitive base salary guaranteed for up to three years (Nocturnist workload is 72shifts a year. Nocturnist shift rate is $2,337.89/shift), a generous CME allowance, recruiting incentives, which include a sign-on bonus, student loan assistance, a residency bonus, and relocation assistance for new hires who meet the eligibility requirements.
