Role: NOC Support Analyst (Night Shift)

Must have – (Required Skills)

• 3 to 5 years’ experience with networking devices like Cisco routers and switches
• 3 to 5 years’ experience with Red Hat Linux in an enterprise environment, including application support
• OR/AND 2 to 3 years’ experience/knowledge about WebSphere Application Server (preferred)
• OR/AND 2 to 3 years’ experience with databases

Additional Information:

• This role is for a NOC Operations analyst (junior resource).
• Overall relevant experience should not exceed 5 years.
• Candidate should be available to work night shifts on weekdays and weekends, 10 hrs shift, 4 days a week (total 40 hrs/week).

Job Description:

• Support servers, network devices, and mainframes for hardware or software issues.
• Support Java, WebSphere, and File Transfer applications.
• Perform diagnostic tests to monitor system health and performance.
• Monitor help desk calls, assist in resolving problems, and escalate as needed.
• Create documentation for troubleshooting networks and systems.
• Provide support for WAN and IP Telephony networks.
• Proactively address connectivity issues identified by surveillance systems.
• Participate in Disaster Recovery exercises.
• Support releases, upgrades, maintenance, and disaster recovery testing.
• Assist in implementing or decommissioning services.
• Collaborate with other technical teams on integration projects.
• Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve escalated production issues.
• Conduct root cause analysis and develop run-books for recurring issues.
• Certifications: Red Hat Linux, CCNA, CCNP, MCSE, ITIL.
• Experience with Unisys Mainframe, IBM MQ, and Connect Direct.
• Experience with credit card processing, digital wallets, and emerging payments is a plus.
