Accenture Flex in the Morris area seeks an L1 Infrastructure Support professional for fully onsite assignments at client locations in Newark, NJ. You will monitor networks and servers, handle incidents, and provide hands-on support to end users and devices.

Responsibilities

• L1 infrastructure support and monitoring.

• Use monitoring and debugging tools to identify and resolve infrastructure issues.
• Identify solutions and resolve infrastructure-related problems.
• Investigate and resolve performance issues and optimize systems.
• Keep project leadership and end users informed of progress.
• Manage inventory, spares, and distribution from the depot.
• Coordinate and escort for physical access for third-party vendors.
• Provide incident resolution or other required onsite support actions.

Key Responsibilities

• L1 support role Infrastructure Monitoring
• Network and Server Monitoring
• Major incident management and escalation
• Maintains and debugs network server and end user devices including day to day hands on support as required
• Notify dispatch and direct designated third parties for dispatch support to client locations as required Provides escalation from help desk
• Uses monitoring and debugging tools to identify investigate isolate and resolve issues with infrastructure
• Identifies solutions and resolves issues associated with infrastructure
• Investigates and resolves performance issues and system optimization
• Keeps project leadership and end users advised of progress
• Manage and maintain inventory spares and distribution as needed from the depot
• Provide coordination and escort for physical access at the site as required for third party maintenance vendors
• Provide incident resolution or other required support actions that cannot be accomplished without onsite support

Requires fully onsite shift work at client location in Newark, NJ.

Basic Qualifications
