Leidos is seeking a NOC/SOC Shift Lead (2nd Shift) to act as the senior technical authority for after-hours network operations and cybersecurity monitoring at Langley AFB. You will blend NOC and SOC duties, prioritize incidents, and own shift turnover to ensure continuity with the day shift.
Daily on-site work is required. The role requires 4+ years in IT security or network operations, a DoD TS/SCI clearance, and IAT Level II baseline certification.
The Defense Sector at Leidos is currently looking to add a NOC / SOC Shift Lead (2nd Shift). The NOC / SOC Shift Lead (2nd Shift) will serve as the senior technical authority and shift supervisor for after-hours network operations and cybersecurity monitoring, blending NOC and SOC functions across DoD networks. This role independently prioritizes and leads response to significant incidents, coaches junior technicians, and owns the shift-turnover process to ensure continuity with day-shift teams and leadership. This position requires daily on-site work at Langley, AFB. The core hours for this position are considered 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM.

Pay Range: Pay Range $87,100.00 - $157,450.00 The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
